The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out Under The Name: Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity With Distribution Service To The Premises And Facilities Of The Wijewo Commune In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Estimated Annual Electricity Consumption Is 141,564 Kwh.2. The Appropriate Amount Of Energy Consumed Will Be Read Based On Meter Readings At The Location Of The Indicated Consumption Points.3. The Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.266, Consolidated Text Of February 28, 2024), The Implementing Provisions Of This Act And Generally Applicable Legal Provisions.4. Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With Applicable Quality Standards And The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Regulations Related To This Act And Polish Standards, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919, As Amended).5. Energy Consumers Are Listed In Annex 2 To Swz.6. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, In Addition To The Supply Of Energy, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Distribution Services To Indicated Premises And Facilities.7. Distribution Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Separate Contracts Concluded Between The Ordering Party (Electricity Recipient) And The Dso Distribution System Operator (Applies To Contractors Who Are Not Owners Of The Distribution Network).8. The Contractors Fee For Consumed Electricity In Settlement Periods Consistent With The Settlement Periods Used By The Distribution System Operator Dso Operating In A Given Area And Approved In The Dso Tariff (Two-Monthly), Will Be Calculated Individually As The Product Of The Actually Sold Electricity Determined On The Basis Of Readings From Measuring Devices Installed In The Measurement And Settlement Systems And The Price Unit Electricity Specified In The Offer And Contract.9. The Contractor Will Add Vat To The Included Fee At The Rate Applicable On The Date Of Issuing The Invoice.10. Any Changes In Actual Electricity Consumption To The Estimated One Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party.11. The Contractor Will Provide And Undertakes To Bear The Costs Of Commercial Balancing Of The Ordering Party. The Entity Responsible For Settling Unbalanced Electricity Supplied To And Collected From The System Will Be The Contractor.12. Electricity Purchased Under The Contract Will Be Used For The Needs Of The End User, Which Means That The Ordering Party Is Not An Energy Company Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law.13. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor Appropriate Powers Of Attorney And Provide All Necessary Data And Information Enabling The Supplier Change Procedure To Be Carried Out.
