Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Sidewalks And Bus Bays Within The Administrative Borders Of The Celestynów Commune In The Winter Season 2025/2026.

The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Removing The Effects Of Snowfall In The Towns Of Ponurzyca, Podbiel, Tabor, Regut, Zabieżki. Number Of Km: 27,491 Km List Of Streets: Annex No. 3A To The Contract1. Under The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Combat Winter Slipperiness (Black Ice, Ice, Snow Slipperiness) By Sprinkling The Road Surfaces Of Designated Roads And Streets With Roughening Material With A 25% Admixture Of Sodium Chloride Or Roughening Materials Only. For Sprinkling The Road, A Mixture Should Be Used In Proportions Consistent With Applicable Law And Regulations In This Regard, 2) Clearing Snow From The Road Surface, 3) Preparing A Mixture Of Roughening Materials With An Admixture Of 25% Sodium Chloride Or Only Roughening Materials Or Equivalent, 4) Performing Winter Emergency Duty Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Execution, 5) Keeping Detailed Records The Course Of Duties And Equipment Work, Along With Preparing Daily Reports On The Activities Carried Out, As Well As Daily Reporting To The Ordering Partys Representative On The Activities Carried Out. Each Day, The Daily Report Should Include, Among Others: A) The Amount Of Equipment Provided, B) The Start And End Time Of The Duty, C) The Start And End Time Of All Activities Undertaken During The Duty, D) The Amount Of Materials Used And The Scope Of Work Performed. 6) Provision Of Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Winter Road Maintenance Standard - Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template, 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Implementing The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Following Rules: 1) The Contractor Will Begin To Remove The Effects Of Snowfall (Applies To Roads, Sidewalks And Bus Stops): A) Within 1 Hour Of Being Called By The Ordering Partys Coordinator, B) Without Calling The Ordering Partys Coordinator, After The Rainfall Has Stopped Or During The Fall, When The Contractor Finds That The Snow Cover Reaches 10 Cm Thickness, 2) The Contractor Will Begin To Combat Winter Slipperiness (Applies To Roads, Sidewalks And Bus Stops): A) Within 1 Hour Of Being Called By The Ordering Partys Coordinator, B) Without Calling The Ordering Partys Coordinator, In The Event Of A Sudden Thaw Or Freezing Rain Depositing Ice On The Road, Sidewalks And Bus Stops, When The Surface Becomes Slippery Roads, Sidewalks Or Bus Stops.3. The Contractor Will Provide Machines And Equipment As Well As Materials Necessary To Complete The Order And Will Maintain The Equipment And Service Prepared For The Ordering Party Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.4. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Replenish Any Losses In Equipment And Personnel Services To The Amount Necessary To Complete The Order.5. Winter Road Maintenance Services Will Be Accepted On The Basis Of Daily Reports. Confirmation Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Each Time By A Person Designated By The Orde
