The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Carrying Out Periodic Service Inspections And Maintenance Of Air Handling Units, Including Replacing Filters Twice A Calendar Year, 2) Carrying Out Periodic Technical And Maintenance Inspections Of Air Conditioning Devices And Heat Pumps, Including Tightness Checks And Entry In The Central Register Of Operators (Cro), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 3) Carrying Out Ongoing Repairs Of Ventilation Devices, Split Air Conditioners And Heat Pumps, 4) Installation Of New Air Conditioning Units Or Split Air Conditioners, Adapted In Terms Of Cooling Power To The Size Of The Rooms Where The Above Will Be Installed. Units. All Works Will Be Carried Out In Operational Facilities. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz (Opz) And A Detailed Zero Cost Estimate Constituting Annex No. 3.2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Determines The Employment Requirements Based On The Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law.1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order: - Installation Of Air Conditioners, - Leakage Test Of The Device And Freon Circuit Installation, - Commissioning Of Devices, - Filling Of Freon Circulation Devices And Installations And Similar Refrigerants With Refrigerant, - Blowing Out The Blockages Of Devices And Installations Refrigeration Systems, Performance Of Tightness Test Of Water Supply Installations, Performance Of Condensate Installations, Installation Of Air Conditioning Support Structures, Performance Of Ventilation Service Activities (Replacement Of Filters, Cleaning Of Ventilation Ducts, Diagnostics Of Devices), Inspection And Service Of Refrigeration Equipment, Performance Of Leakage Test Of Heat Pumps, Inspection And Service Of Devices Air Conditioning. (Does Not Apply To The Case In Which The Above-Mentioned Activities Are Performed By A Natural Person Running A Business, I.E. The Contractor).2) The Ordering Party Requires That Employment During The Execution Of The Order Lasts Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order; In The Event Of Termination Of The Employment Relationship By The Employed Person Or By The Contractor/Subcontractor Before The End Of This Period, The Contractor/Subcontractor Will Be Obliged To Employ Another Person In His Place.3) Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Pzp, In Particular The Method Of Documenting Employment, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Referred To Above And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements, Are Included In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
