The Framework Agreement Shall Cover Planned And Unplanned Needs For Pipes, Pipe Parts And Closely Related Material. The Procurement Is Estimated To Have A Value Of Nok 14 Million, Excluding Vat. The Framework Agreements Absolute Limit Is Therefore Set At Nok 14 Million Excl. Vat. The Contract Shall Include The Supply Of Va Material From A Wholesaler For The Operation And Maintenance Of Outdoor Water And Waste Water Mains, And The Supply Of Plumbing Material For Indoor Use. The Agreement Also Applies To Investment Projects/Va Remediation Projects. The Agreement Applies To The Purchase Of Va Material, Including Pipes And Pipe Parts. The Client Will Enter Into A Contract With All Suppliers Who Meet The Qualification Requirements. The Client Must Use Mini-Competitions To Call Off This Agreement. Call-Offs Through Ordinary Mini-Competitions Must Be The Main Focus For Orders. It Is Only Exceptionally That The Client Will Conduct Mini-Competitions With A Shorter Response Period (Urgent Assignments).
