Tenders are invited for Final Evaluation and Endline Study Services This study is being conducted at the end of the project: oPt 2023 - Multi-sector Humanitarian Response (WB, Gaza). It will build upon data collected throughout the project by SCI and partners. Additional data should be collected by the consultant for both the endline and this final evaluation. This is a summative evaluation and endline, whose primary purpose is to assess the projects performance against the planned outcomes outlined in the log frame, with a focus on impact. The endline will collect final values for key outcome indicators to assess overall project performance, and to collect primary data or analyze existing data for the provided indicators, taking into consideration that the project indicator tracker is wider than the ones mentioned. Therefore, this endline collection will be a light touch, not intended for expansion to further indicators beyond the mentioned: The final evaluation will cover the whole project, starting from 01 May 2023 - 31 December 2025, throughout the 2 years, 8 months, 2 days of implementation. Data will be collected from secondary and primary sources, including samples from all target groups who benefited from the intervention. The collected data will be used to assess whether the project achieved its objectives and met its intended targets, and to be used in donor reporting. The evaluator to take into consideration the analysis of the data and give the result in integration with the data they will collect through the period of the final evaluation from the beneficiaries.
