Please adhere to the below instructions carefully otherwise your tender will be disqualified, your submission (proposal) should be split in two separate files with: One file containing the detailed technical proposal of work to be carried out in the renovation work including but not limited to detailing: (please write a clear proposal). Detail materials, equipment and method to be use in delivering the project. Technical capacity references of similar work carried out before attach certificate of completions. Bar chart of the project scope of works. Indicate your detail manpower list for this project. Lead time of delivery of material and deployment of your team on the site. Valid company registration. Tax payment clearance. Your lead time of completion of the project and hand over to the world Health Organization. The second file should only a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), please use the attached template and include your companys letter head (logo, name, signed and stamp). 2. A site visit must be conducted before submitting a proposal to ensure that you understand the work required, any proposal submitted by the supplier who has not visited the site will be disqualified. The site visiting date is 16th OCTOBER 2025, and no further site visit will be conducted afterward.
