Tenders are invited for Supply & Installation of Chemical Dosing Packages of Sewerage Treatment Plant at Defence Headquarters Complex Project Akuregoda. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 13th October 2025 until 06th November 2025 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs during working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred (LKR 5,500.00). The method of payment will be cash or Bank draft drawn in favour of the Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid-Security" of Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred Sixty Thousand (LKR 160,000.00) obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the form of an unconditional and on demand guarantee and shall be valid up to 20th February 2026 (105 days after the date of Bid opening).
