Tenders Are Invited For Distribution Of Pay Slips, Dematerialization With Provision Of A Digital Safe For Agents And Elected Officials Of The City And The Ccas
The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide The Service Of Transmitting Pay Slips: -For Agents And Elected Officials Who Have Accepted The Dematerialization Of Pay Slips, By Depositing Them In A Safe. The Service Includes The Provision Of A Secure Storage Space. -For Agents And Elected Officials Refusing The Dematerialization Of Pay Slips, The Printing, Enveloping And Distribution Of These In Paper Format (By Postal Mail). -In The Event Of A Malfunction Of The Technical Solution Covered By The Contract, To Proceed With The Printing, Enveloping And Distribution Of These In Paper Format (By Postal Mail) To The Agents Of The Municipality And The Ccas. Under The General Grouping Agreement, This Contract Is Concluded By A Group Of Orders Constituted By The Municipality And The Municipal Social Action Center Of Saint-Orens De Gameville. It Therefore Concerns The Agents And Elected Officials Of These Two Structures.
