The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Work Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And The Units Of Municipal Budget Maintenance, Divided Into Two Lots As Follows: Lot # 1: Delivery Of Work Clothes And Personal Protective Equipment Lot 2: Delivery Of Workwear Included In The List Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Supply Of Workwear And Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe) (Goods/ Items), In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Specimens Of The Technical And Price Proposal For Each Lot - An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Supplies Of The Goods Subject To The Positions Should Be Made To Specified Administrative Addresses On The Territory Of Plovdiv, After Preliminary Written Requests Submitted By The Structural Units Of The Contracting Authority To The Contractor. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Realized, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor For The Respective Position.
