The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Services For Fumigation, Disinsection And Deratization Of Grain Bases And Other Warehouses, Buildings And Areas Owned By The State Agency For State Reserve And Wartime Stocks At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Performance Of The Services Subject To The Contract Is Carried Out As Needed And In The Required Volume For The Contracting Authority, Without Committing To Request Services For The Entire Value Of The Contract. The Requirements For The Provision Of The Services Subject To The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification. Conducting Disinsection And Deratization Services Shall Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 1/05.01.2018. For The Conditions And Procedure For Disinfection, Disinsections And Deratizations. The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 112/13.10.2006 Are Applicable To Perform The Services Of Fumigation And Decontamination.
