Zwycięska In Wrocław, Is, Among Others: - Development Of Design Documentation (Including, Among Others, Construction Design And Detailed Designs) And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation Or Documentation) In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Along With All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals And Permits, Including Obtaining A Final Administrative Decision Enabling The Commencement And Implementation Of Construction Works, - Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And The Administrative Decision Obtained By The Contractor Enabling The Commencement And Conduct Of Construction Works, - Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Fup And Other Documents Constituting The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Above-Mentioned.
