The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By The Technical Documentation, Which Includes: • Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Design, Executive Design (Architectural, Construction, Sanitary, Electrical And Pv Installation Industries (Annex No. 8), • Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 9), • Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (General Construction, Installation And Sanitary Industry, Electrical) (Appendix No. 10), • Documentation Of Soil Tests (Appendix No. 11), • Acoustic Recommendations (Appendix No. 12), • Technical Conditions (Connection To The Water And Sewage Networks, Construction Of A Medium Pressure Gas Pipeline Section, Connection To The Power Grid) (Appendix No. 13).3. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Decision No. 324/2023 Z On October 17, 2023, Reference Number Boś.6740.323.2023.Km, Approving The Construction Design (Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design And Granting A Building Permit Covering The Construction Of An Entertainment And Sports Hall With Social And Recreational Facilities, External Lighting And Parking Lots And The Necessary Infrastructure On The Plots With Registration Number Gr. 180/1; 89; 180/12 Precinct 0007 Trzebiatów.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party For Approval All Working Solutions, Workshop Drawings With Appropriate Descriptions, Calculations, A List Of Materials Planned For Implementation Along With The Necessary Samples Of Materials And The Required Certificates, Approvals, Approvals, Etc.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize And Carry Out The Works In A Safe Manner, No Posing A Threat To People Staying In The Investment Area.
