The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Programming, Approval And Servicing Of The Fire Alarm System (Ssp), Taking Into Account The Needs Of People With Disabilities In The Building Of The Łomża Academy At Ul. Akademicka 14.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code), Persons Performing Activities Involving The Installation Of A Fire Alarm System If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974. Labor Code. Type Of Activity: Physical Work In The Performance Of Construction Works, Excluding Work Performed By Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law.
