The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Logistics Tent With Equipment (Heater, Lighting, Extension Cord, Air Conditioner, Generator, Beds, Table, Armchairs) On A Trailer For The Needs Of The Kościelisko Commune In Accordance With The Content Of The Contract, The Draft Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz. Include: O Delivery, Unloading, Setting Up The Devices In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; O Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation Of Each Delivery Element, O Providing The Ordering Party With All Necessary Information Regarding The Safe Operation And Maintenance Of Each Delivery Element, O Providing A Set Of Documents Enabling Registration Of The Trailer; O Providing A Set Of Documents - Instructions For Use, Warranty Cards In Polish For Each Element Of The Delivery; O Conducting Training For Persons Designated To Handle It.
