Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity And Purchase And Collection Of Electricity From Renewable Energy Sources Together With A Trade Balancing Service

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 To Facilities Belonging To Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. Being In The Tariff Groups: 1) B23 - 3 Facilities, 2) C21 - 2 Facilities, 3) C12a - 7 Facilities, 4) C11 - 67 Facilities. 2. The Contractor Will Additionally Be Obliged To Repurchase Surplus Electricity Generated In Micro-Installations (Photovoltaic Power Plants + Hydroelectric Power Plants) That The Ordering Party Owns. Detailed Data Related To The Points Can Be Found In Appendix No. 10 To Swz.3. The Purchased Electricity Will Be Used By The Ordering Party For Its Own Business Purposes, As An End User.4. The Estimated Demand For Electricity Over A 12-Month Period Is 1,974,311 Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Energy Ordered Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amount. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity May Change (Increase Or Decrease) During The Period Covered By The Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Energy By The Ordering Party, And The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Minimum Amount Of Energy It Will Purchase During The Term Of The Contract Is 1,579.45 Mwh.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Electricity Consumption Points During The Term Of The Contract. The Change Cannot Exceed 5 Energy Consumption Points Indicated In Annex No. 9 To Swz.6. Repurchase Of Electricity Generated In The Ordering Partys Res Micro-Installations In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Transferred To The Dso Network In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 41.5 Mwh.7. The Ordering Party Informs That The Volume Of Electricity Consumption Included In The Procedure Has Been Reduced By The Estimated Self-Consumption Of Energy Produced From Its Micro-Installations.8. The Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, And In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 919), The Sellers Electricity Tariff, The Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso Tariff), The Instructions For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd) And Generally Applicable Legal Regulations.9. The Ordering Party Has Distribution Agreements For All Ppe Points For The Duration Of The Contract.10. The Ordering Party Informs That Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services Are Concluded For An Indefinite Period.11. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Templates Of The Necessary Powers Of Attorney
