Scope Of The Order1) Dismantling Works: - Removing Door Frames From The Wall - Dismantling Door Joinery - Dismantling Pvc Floor Covering - Dismantling Lamps, Switches, Sockets 2) Removing Plasters On Walls And Ceilings 3) Removing Fungus From The Surfaces Of Walls And Ceilings 4) Scraping And Washing Off Old Paint From The Surfaces Of Walls And Ceilings 5) Replenishing Ordinary Plasters 6) Preparation Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces With Smoothing Of Uneven Surfaces For Painting 7) Primer Of The Substrate 8) Double Painting Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces 9) Preparation Of A Self-Leveling Screed 10) Laying Floor Tiles With Plinths 11) Purchase And Installation Of A Ventilation Grille 12) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Lighting Fixtures, Sockets, Switches 13) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation - Forging Grooves, Installation Of Cables 14) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Door Joinery - Aluminum Fire Protection Doors 15) Waste Removal And Disposal 16) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Shelves3. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer.4. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.5. The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order And The Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 6. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order: 1) Settlement/Payment: A) Settlement In The Form Of A Lump Sum; B) The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Is The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works; C) Payment For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Invoice And The Final Acceptance Report. 2) Guarantee And Warranty: The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For At Least 24 Months. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Method Of Evaluating Offers In This Criterion Is Described In Part Xviii Of The Swz. At The Same Time, The Subject Of The Contract Is Covered By Warranty For Defects. The Warranty Period For Defects Expires In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Civil Code, But Not Earlier Than The End Date Of The Warranty Referred To Above.3) Insurance: The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has Valid And Paid Civil Liability Insurance Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz For An Amount Not Lower Than The Gross Amount Of The Contractors Remuneration.4) Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account Social Aspects: Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontract
