1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Design And Construction Of Safe Pedestrian Crossings At The Intersection Of Szkolna And Sportowa Streets In Ostrów Mazowiecka.2. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Government Program For Reducing Crime And Antisocial Behavior Safer Together For 2025-2028 As Part Of The Project Improving The Safety Of Road Users At The Intersection Of Szkolna And Sportowa Streets In Ostrów Mazowiecka. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I - Execution Of: A) Documentation (Plans, Drawings, Descriptions Or Other Documents Enabling A Clear Determination Of The Type And Scope Of Works Construction And Conditions And The Exact Location Of Their Implementation) And, On Its Basis, Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works For Which Obtaining A Building Permit Is Not Required Or B) A Construction Design (Consisting Of A Land Development Design, An Architectural And Construction Design And A Technical Design) And An Executive Design Together With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Construction Permit And: Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (In Necessary Scope), Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization Design, Bill Of Quantities, Cost Estimate For Construction Works And Other Studies Necessary To Obtain The Result Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation), Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements Or Permits. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And The Contract.2) Stage Ii - Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of Safe Pedestrian Crossings In The City Of Ostrów Mazowiecka, In Accordance With The Agreed And Approved Documentation. The Scope Of Work Within The 2Nd Stage Also Includes: A) Providing Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Works, B) Preparing As-Built Documentation.4. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, The Requirements Specified In The Swz And In The Contract And The Provisions Of Applicable Law, In Particular: The Construction Law, Implementing Acts To The Above-Mentioned. Act, Polish Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Documentation, Effective Notification Of Construction Works Or A Decision On A Building Permit, Applicable Legal Provisions And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.7. Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Develop, Secure And Mark The Construction Areas And Maintain Them In An Appropriate Condition Until The Construction Is Completed And The Final Acceptance Of The Works.8.
