1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Reconstruction Of A Residential Premises In A Multi-Family Building At Ul. Konstytucji 3-Go Maja 28/4 In Świnoujście, Plot No. 117, District 0006. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation (Architectural And Construction Design And Land Development Design) Enabling Obtaining A Building Permit. Stage I Includes: A) Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Design In Accordance With The Scope And Standard Included In The Functional And Utility Program, B) Agreeing On The Documentation With The Ordering Party And The Services, External Units And Participants Of The Construction Process (Including Obtaining A Resolution Of The Housing Community), Which Will Allow Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit, C) Obtaining A Final Decision On Building Permit Based On The Approved And Agreed Architectural And Construction Design. Attention! At The Stage Of Preparing The Architectural And Construction Design And Documentation Enabling Obtaining A Building Permit, The Ordering Party Will Participate And Approve The Solutions, Materials And Equipment Planned To Be Incorporated Into The Facility By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Stipulates That If It Is Not Possible To Obtain A Final Building Permit Decision, It Will Resign From Carrying Out Works In Stages Ii And Iii. 2) Stage Ii - Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Technical, Executive And Cost Estimate Documentation Enabling The Commencement Of Work After Reporting The Commencement Of Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate. Stage Ii Includes: A) Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Technical Design, Consistent With The Scope And Standard Included In The Functional And Utility Program, B) Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Detailed Design, Consistent With The Scope And Standard Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Compatible With The Technical Design And With The Prepared Architectural And Construction Design, C) Preparation Of Detailed Cost Estimates Construction Investors For All Industries, D) Reporting The Commencement Of Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate. At The Stage Of Preparing The Technical And Executive Design As Well As Documentation Enabling The Commencement Of Work, The Ordering Party Will Participate And Approve Technical Solutions As Well As Materials And Equipment Planned To Be Incorporated Into The Facility By The Contractor. 3) Stage Iii - Execution Works - Reconstruction Of The Residential Premises And Completion Of Construction.
