The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of A Multi-Family Building In Msc. Krukowo 6 - Pilot Energy Modernization Of Post-Germany Buildings, The Building Is Not Included In The Register Of Monuments And Is Not Subject To Conservation Supervision.1. The Final Beneficiary Of The Support Is The Krukowo 6 Housing Community. The Karlino Commune Acts On Behalf Of The Community On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Can Be Found In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 9 To The Swz) And In The Contract Template (Annex No. 5 To The Swz). The Execution Of Construction Works Must Be In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. As Part Of The Comprehensive Thermal Modernization, It Is Planned To Include: 1) Replacement Of Window Frames, 2) Replacement Of The Entrance Door To The Building, 3) Insulation Of The Facade, Insulation Of The Roof And Foundations, Insulation Of The Basement (Insulation Of The Basement Ceiling Should Be Done By Spraying Insulating Material), 4) Distribution Of Pipelines Along With Insulation And Connection To Existing Residential Installations, 5) Preparation Of A Geological Works Project And Drilling For The Needs Of Central Heating And Domestic Hot Water, 6) Dismantling The Existing Central Heating Installation And Construction Of A New Installation Along With The Installation Of Radiators, 7) Preparation Of An Electrical Design For The Pump And Construction Of The Electrical Installation. 3. The Contractor Must Report All Activities Related To Turning Off The Utilities In Writing To The Ordering Party, At Least 2 Days Before Commencing The Work, And Obtain His Consent.4. In All Places Of The Swz Or Its Annexes In Which An Example Of A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source, Or Specific Process Is Used Or If The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract And The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Matter Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Provided That The Contractor Ensures Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.5. Materials And Devices Equivalent To Those Referred To In The Documentation Are Allowed.
