Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas E For The Social Welfare Home In Ziębice

The Subject Of The Supply Is The Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas E, I.E. Gas Sales Together With Distribution Services. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Gas For The Social Welfare Home In Ziębice, Ul. Kościelna 12, 57-220 Ziębice. The Total Estimated Amount Of Natural Gas That Will Be Delivered To Consumption Points During The Contract Period Is: 621,305 Kwh. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Estimated Quantity Of Purchased Gaseous Fuel And/Or The Distribution Value Of The Purchased Gaseous Fuel Up To ± 20% In Relation To The Quantity (Value) Of The Order. The Occurrence Of The Circumstances Referred To Above Will Result In A Corresponding Reduction Or Increase In The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Under This Contract. The Change In The Amount Of Gas Fuel Takes Place Automatically And Does Not Require A Declaration By The Party. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Quantity Of Purchased Gaseous Fuel And/Or The Distribution Value Of The Purchased Gaseous Fuel To Within ± 20% Of The Estimated Quantity, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims. Natural Gas Consumption Points Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. As A Result Of The Resolution Of The Proceedings, A Contract For Comprehensive Gas Supply Will Be Concluded With The Organizational Unit Of Ząbkowice County - The Social Welfare Home In Ziębice. The Ordering Party Consents To Concluding The Contract In Electronic Form Using A Qualified Electronic Signature Or To Concluding The Contract By Correspondence. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. Current Comprehensive Contracts Are Concluded For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 2025. The Ordering Party Has Not Concluded Any Contracts/Annexes As Part Of Promotional Campaigns. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Gas Fuel Supplier In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, To Represent The Ordering Party In Matters Related To This Procedure, Including Submitting To The Distribution System Operator, On Behalf Of Itself And The Ordering Party, A Written Notification On Concluding A New Contract For A Customer Connected To The Distribution Network. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Contract With The Distribution Network Operator, With The Exception Of The Operator Itself Operating On The Ordering Partys Premises, Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Via The Distribution Network To Consumption Points. The Distribution System Operator Is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. The Ownership Of The Gas Fuel Is Transferred To The Ordering Party After Measurement At The Gas Meter Output. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Reliable And Timely Execution Of The Order. Vat Invoices For The Supply Of Natural Gas Will Be Issued To The Organizational Unit Of Ząbkowice County - The Social Welfare Home In Ziębice. T
