1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Consisting In The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 805041Z (Ul. Zamkowa I Grafitów In Wolin) From The Intersection With Dw No. 111 In Recław To The Intersection With Dp 3012Z (Ul. Prosta) And Dp 3016Z (Ul. Słowiańska) Along With The Reconstruction Of Bridge Structures Located Along The Road To The Dziwna Strait.2. The Scope Of The Order Covers Two Tasks: 1) Task No. 1: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road (Excluding Bridge Structures) 2) Task No. 2: Reconstruction Of Bridge Structures Along The Municipal Road3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Carrying Out An Inventory Of The Facility Along With A Technical Expertise Specifying The Scope Of Works, 2) Performing The Required Geotechnical Tests And Developing Geotechnical Documentation, Including Documentation Of Subsoil Tests, And - If Required - Geological And Engineering Documentation, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law And Geological And Mining Law, Of The Designed Facility, 3) Development Design Concept - The Design Concept Should Include Road Solutions And Reconstructions Of Road Structures And Technical Devices, Identify Any Collisions, Include A Preliminary Land Development Design And Surface Structure, Allowing For Clear Agreement On The Entire Scope Of The Project. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree And Approve The Design Concept By The Ordering Party Before Commencing Further Design Work. 4) Development Of A Complete Construction And Executive Design, Also In The Scope Of Possible Collisions, Taking Into Account The Following Industries: Bridge, Hydrotechnical, Road, Energy And Electricity, Telecommunications, Sanitary, 5) Preparation Of Environmental, Water And Legal Documentation, Along With Obtaining Administrative Decisions / Permits (If Required),6) Obtaining Permission From The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Works,7) Developing A Project For Permanent Traffic Organization,8) Developing Detailed Technical Specifications For All Industries Included In The Scope Of The Design Documentation,9) Developing An Investors Cost Estimate For All Industries Included In The Scope Of The Documentation,10) Developing A Bill Of Quantities With A Detailed List Of Works,11) Obtaining Own Cost Of Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions - Including Maps For Design Purposes - Necessary To Design And Obtain A Building Permit By The Ordering Party/No Objection To Reporting The Construction Of Facilities Or Performance Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit From The Appropriate Authority Along With The Lack Of Objection (After Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Issue The Contractor With Appropriate Authorization), 12) Development Of Possible Explanations To The Submitted Application For The Issuance Of A Building Permit Decision/Notification Of The Inten
