The Subject Of This Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, For The Task Of Expanding The District Road No. 2921E (Główna Street) In Janówka, Andrespol Commune. The Documentation Should Also Include Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions, Including The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid). The Task Was Included In The Budget Of The Eastern Łódź District Entitled: Expansion Of District Road No. 2921E In The Town Of Janówka, Andrespol Commune As Part Of The Project Titled Expansion Of District Roads No. 2906E And No. 2921E In The Eastern Łódź District. The Scope Of The Design Study Includes A Section Of District Road No. 2921E With A Length Of Approx. 1,250 M, From Ul. Przytorze To The Intersection With Ul. Sezamkowa And Perłowa. The Expansion Project Should Include The Modernization Of The Road Along With Local Replacement Of The Substructure And Its Widening To A Width Of 5.50 M. The Investment Should Also Include The Construction Of A One-Sided Sidewalk, A Hardened Roadside Made Of Crushed Stone, The Construction Of Exits To Adjacent Properties, The Construction Of Sectional Stormwater Drainage, As Well As The Desilting And Cleaning Of Existing Roadside Ditches. It Is Also Necessary To Develop And Implement A New, Permanent Road Traffic Organization And Perform Geotechnical Tests. Additionally, The Project Must Include Solving Conflicts With The Existing Technical Infrastructure And Land Utilities Networks (Including Poles), As Well As Cutting Down Trees To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out The Planned Works. The Entire Project Should Be Compliant With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Including The Implementation Of Road Markings. The Design Study Should Also Include The Design Of A Roundabout Intersection At The Existing Intersection Of District Road No. 2921E With Ul. Łąkowa. This Roundabout Must Include A New Exit In The Path Of The Planned Entrance To The Designed Viaduct Over The Railway Tracks, In Accordance With The Site Plan According To The Program And Spatial Concept For The Construction Of A Collision-Free Intersection, Provided By The Ordering Party. The Layout Of The Designed Roundabout Must Be Adapted To The Applicable Regulations And Correspond To The Road Class And Expected Traffic Intensity. In Order To Properly Manage Rainwater, In Sections On The Designed Road, A Storm Sewage System Must Be Designed. Its Outflow Should Be Routed Eastwards, To Existing Ditches Located In The Nearby Forest Managed By The State Forests - Brzeziny Forest District In Kaprawnik. Pre-Treatment Devices Should Be Provided At The Storm Sewage Outlet. On The Remaining Section Of The Road, Rainwater Should Be Drained Into Green Areas And Roadside Ditches.
