The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation As Part Of The Investment Task Consisting In The Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation In The Building Of The Municipal Office At Al. Powstańców Wielkopolskich 18, Including Replacement Of Radiators With One Type Of Radiators, Installation Of Thermostatic, Cut-Off And Drain Valves, Installation Of Automatic Vent Valves, Installation Of Conditioners, Installation Of Thermal Insulation, Flushing Of The Installation And Performance Of A Pressure Test Along With Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 3. The Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Central Heating Is Included In Annex No. 10 To Swz.4. Other Requirements And Notes.4.1. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Physical Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract Under The Warranty For A Period Of 3 Years, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party.4.2. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Scope Of The Task In Question Includes Design Work - Taking Into Account The Actual Scope Of Design Work, Dividing The Order Is Unjustified And Would Cause Complications At The Implementation Stage. It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Separate Stages So As Not To Cause Complications, Additional Costs And Problems Resulting In The Risk Of Incorrect Execution Of The Contract. Moreover, The Subject Of The Contract May Be Performed Entirely By Smes.
