Tenders Are Invited For Collection And Management Of Solid Municipal Waste In The Bolesław Commune

The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated And Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties, Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, And From Summer Houses In The Bolesław Commune From The Following Villages: Bolesław, Kuzie, Pawłów, Kanna, Podlipie, Strojców, Świebodzin, Samocice And Tonia And From Point Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste. The Scope Of The Order Concerns The Collection Of Municipal Waste In The Bolesław Commune And The Management Of The Collected Waste, Through Recovery Or Neutralization, In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Waste Sent To Landfill, Referred To In The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733). The Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Collected In 2026 Is 430 Mg. Unsegregated Municipal Waste (Mixed Waste) - Will Be Collected In Containers Located Next To The Properties. The Contractor Will Provide Each Property With A Waste Container With A Capacity Of 120 L Or Two Containers With A Capacity Of 120 L In The Case Of Households With 6 Or More People. And/Or In Black Bags (Applies To Real Estate, So-Called Summer Houses). Bags For Mixed Waste (For Residents Who Start Segregation, For Replacement, As Part Of A Complaint) Are Provided By The Contractor. The Bags Must Be Black In Color, With The Print As Above. And Additionally, The Address And Contact Details Of The Contractor Must Be Included. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Manage The Received Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste By Transferring It For Recovery Or Disposal In Accordance With The Provisions Of Applicable Law And The Principle Of Proximity (Article 20 Of The Waste Act) And To Present To The Ordering Party Once A Month, Together With The Invoice For The Service Provided, Evidence Confirming These Activities, I.E. A Waste Transfer Card For The Previous Month Along With Information On The Municipal Installation To Which The Above-Mentioned Waste Has Been Donated. Municipal Waste Collected Separately (Segregated Waste) - Collection Will Take Place In A Bag System And Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Prevent Mixing Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste With Mixed Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners And Separately Collected Municipal Waste Of Various Types. It Is Allowed To Collect Different Types Of Selective Waste In One Car, Provided That They Do Not Mix With Each Other. Three Types Of Segregated Waste Bags Are Introduced: A) Yellow, Marked With The Inscription Plastics, Intended For Plastic Waste, Multi-Material Waste And Metals. B) Blue Color Marked With The Inscription Paper Intended For Paper, Waste Paper And Cardboard, C) Green Color Marked With The Inscription Glass Intended For Colorless And Colored
