The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of Lighting In The Pruchnik Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Was Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, I.E. Technical Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate In Excel For The Evaluation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz (4 Sheets), Which The Contractor Should Price And Attach To The Offer. The Attached Documentation Covers A Wider Scope Than Covered By This Procedure - The Offer Cost Estimate In Excel, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Covers The Material Scope That Should Be Implemented. The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Investor Supervision Instructions, Observing The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards, Regulations, Permits And Technical Conditions. Before Commencing Work Related To The Relocation Of A Given Network And/Or Security, Etc., The Contractor Should Submit An Application And/Or A Notice To The Relevant Network Administrator For At Least The Commencement Of Works, For Owners Supervision If Applicable, Etc. The Costs And/Or Fees Related To Recommendations/Indications Resulting From Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Development Of Temporary-Approved Traffic Organization And Permanent Approved Traffic Organization Shall Be Borne By The Contractor, Who Should Calculate Them In The Offer Cost Estimate, As Specified By The Ordering Party In Chapter Xiv Of The Swz. Moreover, The Ordering Party Recommends That, For The Duration Of The Order, The Contractor Has At Its Disposal A Person Or Persons With: A) Construction Qualifications In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices - To Manage And/Or Supervise And/Or Control And/Or Coordinate The Implementation Of Tasks Related To The Subject Of The Order On Behalf Of The Contractor - Referred To In §17 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract; B) Qualification Certificate Authorizing The Operation Of Devices, Installations And Networks At The E Operation Site Up To 1 Kv, Issued By An Authorized Body, C) Qualifications For Ppn (Work Under Voltage) Up To 1 Kv On 0.4 Kv Lv Overhead Lines, Issued By An Authorized Body. If It Is Not Possible To Implement The Subject Of The Order Using Ppn Technology, The Work Should Be Carried Out After Switching Off The Voltage. The Costs Related To Admission To Work Are Borne By The Contractor And Should Be Calculated In Individual Items Of The Offer Cost Estimate. The Date And Time Of The Shutdown Will Need To Be Agreed With Pge And The Ordering Party. Information On Equivalent Solutions Is Included, Among Others, In The Swz In Chapter Iii.
