1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Christmas Parcels With Groceries For Clients Of The Social Welfare Center Of The Śródmieście District. Prof. Andrzej Tymowski, Including Preparation/Packaging Of Packages, In Accordance With The Product Specification Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Swz (Opz) - Table No. 1, And Packing Of Packages, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, In The Number Of: 660 Pieces, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order Or Assortment.2. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Opz, Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Polish Standards. The Delivered Assortment Must Be Fresh With An Expiry Date In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Must Be Of The Highest Quality. The Offered Assortment Should Meet The Sanitary Conditions Of Their Acquisition, Production, Processing, Storage, Transport And Direct Sales.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Substitute Packaging For Food Products.5. In The Assortment Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Opz And The Offer Form, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 And No. 2 To The Swz, Respectively, The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) The Delivered Products Be Approved For Sale, Of The First Quality; 2) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Bearing The Manufacturers Trademark And Raw Material Composition On The Unit Packaging; 3) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Marked With A Visible, Current Expiry Date Consumption;4) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Factory-Packed, Sealed, Undamaged And Not Showing Any Signs Of Use;5) Shelf Life For The Items Specified In The Assortment Specification6) (Excluding Item 18) Of The Offer Form, Counted From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, Cannot Be Shorter Than: Cold Meats (Items 1-2) - Min. 31/01/2026 Sweets (Items 15-16) – Min. Until February 28, 2026 Poppy Seed Cake (Item 17) – Min. Until January 10, 2026 Other Items – Min. Until April 30, 2026. Whenever Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources That Characterize Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor Or The Use Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In This Opz, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With The Criteria Indicated In The Opz In Order To Assess Their Equivalence.
