The Subject Of The Contract Is The Operation Of A Landfill For Non-Hazardous And Neutral Waste, Located In The Greater Poland Voivodeship, Ostrzeszów Commune At Ceglarska Street (Ostrzeszów-Miasto District), Located In The Post-Operation Phase, Occupying Plots Marked With Registration Number 2967/1, And Parts Of Plots Marked With Registration Numbers: 227/5, 229/5, 224/5, 225/5, 226/5, 228/10, 220/1, 223/15, 230/7, 2964/5, 2966/1, 231/13 And 232/8 With A Total Area Of 8.7112 Ha Together With The Existing Technical Equipment Related To The Operation Of The Landfill In Question, Specified In Annex No. 1 And Graphic Attachment No. 2. Monitoring A Waste Landfill In The Post-Operation Phase In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of April 30, 2013 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1902) On Waste Landfills And The Applicable Water Law Permit For The Discharge Of Sewage Into The Sewage System Of Another Entity, And Transmitting Its Results To The Ordering Party And The Competent Authorities And Institutions (The Scope And Frequency Of Tests In The Post-Exploitation Phase Together With A Map Of The Landfill Are Indicated In Annexes 3 And 4);3. Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party And Relevant Institutions, Within The Deadlines Specified By Law, Reports Required By The Provisions Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended).
