1. The Subject Of This Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Świnna Commune In The 2025/2026 Season.2. Part Of Order No. 1, District I, Świnna Commune - Roads With A Length Of 17,876 M3. The List Of Streets Subject To Winter Maintenance In Individual Regions Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Basic Works Of Winter Road Maintenance Consist In Manual And Mechanical Removal Of Snow From Roads, Parking Lots, Squares And Bus Stops, As Well As The Elimination Of Slipperiness Resulting From Meteorological Phenomena On Municipal Roads.5. Clearing Snow From Roads Along The Entire Width Of The Road (Minimum 2.7 M).6. Eliminating Slipperiness Along The Entire Width Of Roads And, Above All, On Sections That Determine Traffic Safety - Dangerous Turns And Driveways, Intersections, Bus Stops And Other Places Determined By The Commune Office. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, When Clearing Snow From The Roads, Also Sprinkles Them If There Is A Need For Sanding.8. The Material For Combating Black Ice Is Provided By The Contractor In The Form Of: Sand, Unsorted Aggregate With A Grain Size Of Up To 4 Mm, Road Salt. 9. Wherever The Terrain And Weather Conditions Require It, The Contractor Will Equip The Equipment Used To Perform The Service With Wheel Chains.10. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Service.11. 24/7 Availability Is Required, And The Need To Have A Mobile Phone Both By The Person Operating The Equipment, I.E. The Person Removing Snow (Phone In The Tractor Cabin) And The Person Coordinating Snow Removal At The Contractors. 12. The Dates For Snow Removal From Roads Will Depend On Weather Conditions And Information Provided By The Head Of The Investment Department And The Village Head Of A Given Village, But No Later Than Within 60 Minutes From The Call For Snow Removal (For Each Part Of The Subject Of The Order). 13. The Contractor, Within 5 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Will Be Obliged To Provide A Hardware Unit For The Installation Of The Gps Device Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Notified By Phone About The Date Of Arrival At The Local Office To Install The Gps Device.14. The Terms Of Payment And The Guaranteed Sum For The Provision Of The Service Are Described In Detail In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.15. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Contract Execution Area. Carrying Out A Visit Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer In This Procedure. The Costs Of The On-Site Inspection Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 16.
