1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Catching And Caring For Stray Animals From The Wolbórz Commune In The Period From November 1, 2025 To December 31, 2026. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Trapping And Providing 24-Hour Care For Homeless Animals From The Wolbórz Commune After Notification By An Authorized Employee Of The Wolbórz Municipal Office, Along With Their Transport. The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Trapping Immediately, But No Later Than Within 4 Hours From The Time Of Notification By The Ordering Party, And In Urgent, Particularly Justified Cases (E.G. Threat To Human Or Animal Life) No Later Than Within 2 Hours From The Time Of Notification By The Ordering Party. The Number Of Animals To Be Caught Is Estimated To Be Approximately 57 Per Year. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Animals To Be Caught And Admitted To The Shelter May Be Smaller Or Larger, And This Will Result From The Current Number Of Homeless Animals Staying In The Wolbórz Commune. When Catching Animals, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Use Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Life, Health Or Cause Suffering Of The Caught Animals, - Use Means For Transporting Animals That Meet The Conditions Specified In The Animal Protection Act. B) Provide 24-Hour Veterinary Care For Animals Caught From The Wolbórz Commune, Using Its Own Veterinary Facilities Equipped With An X-Ray Laboratory, Which Includes: - 15-Day Quarantine, - Deworming, - Vaccination, - Treatment, - Sterilization Or Castration Procedures, Marking By Implanting A Microchip, Euthanizing Blind Litters Of Homeless Animals, - In Hopeless Cases, Euthanizing The Animal. C) Securing Places For 24-Hour Keeping Of Homeless Animals, D) Providing Food And Care For Homeless Animals Brought From The Wolbórz Commune, E) Carrying Out Activities Aimed At Finding Owners For Homeless Animals, F) Posting Information On The Shelters Website With A Photo And Description Of The Animal Caught In The Wolbórz Commune, G) Giving Animals Up For Adoption And Informing The Ordering Party About The Number Of Animals Given Up For Adoption, H) Keeping Records Of Animals Along With The Chip Identification Number And Providing It On An Ongoing Basis At Least Once A Month To The Ordering Party, I) The Contractor Taking Over The Care Of Approximately 40 Dogs Staying In The Shelter At Ul. Zdzieszulicka 12 In Bełchatów, Owned By The Wolbórz Commune, Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Dogs To Be Taken Over May Change, And This Will Result From The Actual Number Of Dogs Staying In The Shelter On The Date Of Commencement Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings. The Contractor Will Provide Transport Of Animals To Its Headquarters At Its Own Expense.J) 24-Hour Transport And Provision Of 24-Hour Veterinary Care For Animals Involved In Road Accidents In The Wolbórz Commune,
