The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity By The Ordering Party With A Total Estimated Volume Of 199.00 Mwh (+/-15%) During The Delivery Period, I.E. From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Undertake To Purchase From The Ordering Party All The Electricity Generated By The Ordering Party In The Photovoltaic Micro-Installation And Not Used By The Ordering Party And Introduced Into The Distribution Network. The Rules For The Purchase And Sale Of Electricity Generated By The Ordering Party In The Photovoltaic Micro-Installation Will Be Specified In A Separate Agreement.
