Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas E For The Social Welfare Home In Ząbkowice Śl.

1) The Subject Of The Supply Is The Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas E, I.E. Gas Sales Together With Distribution Services. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Gas For The Social Welfare Home In Ząbkowice Śląskie, Ul. Szpitalna 3, 57-200 Ząbkowice Śląskie3) Total Estimated Amount Of Natural Gas That Will Be Delivered To Consumption Points During The Term Of The Contract: 760,244 Kwh. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Estimated Quantity Of Purchased Gaseous Fuel And/Or The Distribution Value Of The Purchased Gaseous Fuel Up To ± 20% In Relation To The Quantity (Value) Of The Order. The Occurrence Of The Circumstances Referred To Above Will Result In A Corresponding Reduction Or Increase In The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Under This Contract. The Change In The Amount Of Gas Fuel Takes Place Automatically And Does Not Require A Declaration By The Party. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Amount Of Purchased Gas Fuel And/Or The Distribution Value Of The Purchased Gas Fuel To Within ± 20% Of The Estimated Quantity, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims.4) The Natural Gas Consumption Points Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.5) As A Result Of The Settlement Of The Procedure, An Agreement For The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas From Social Welfare Home In Ząbkowice Śl. The Ordering Party Consents To Concluding The Contract In Electronic Form Using A Qualified Electronic Signature Or To Concluding The Contract By Correspondence.6) The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period From January 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2026 The Current Comprehensive Agreements Are Concluded For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 2025.7) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Gas Fuel Supplier In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Represent The Ordering Party In Matters Related To This Procedure, Including Submitting To The Distribution System Operator, On Behalf Of Itself And The Ordering Party, A Written Notification On Concluding A New Contract For A Customer Connected To The Network Distribution. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Contract With The Distribution Network Operator (Except For The Operator Itself) Operating On The Premises Of The Ordering Party, Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Via The Distribution Network To Consumption Points. 9) The Distribution System Operator Is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O.10) The Ownership Of The Gas Fuel Is Transferred To The Ordering Party After Measurement At The Gas Meter Output. 11) The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Reliable And Timely Execution Of The Order. 12) Vat Invoices For The Delivered Natural Gas Will Be Issued Separately For Each Of The Ordering Partys Collection Points.
