Górnicza 3, 32-590 Libiąż;2. Sports Facility Located At The Economic And Chemical School Complex In Trzebinia, Głogowa B/N Street, 32-540 Trzebinia;3. Sports Facility Located At The Technical And Service School Complex In Trzebinia, Ul. Gwarków 3, 32-540 Trzebinia;4. Sports Facilities Located At The 1St Secondary School In Chrzanów, Ul. Piłsudskiego 14, 32-500 Chrzanów;5. Sports Facility Located At The Special Educational And Educational Center In Chrzanów, Ul. Paderewskiego 1, 32-500 Chrzanów;6. Ice Rink Building, Sports Complex With A Covered Sports Hall At Ul. Wyszyńskiego 19 In Chrzanów. A Detailed Description Of Cleaning Activities And Requirements For The Provision Of Services At Individual Facilities Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Along With The Appendices To The Opz: 1) List Of Facilities Managed By The Company - Appendix No. 1A To The Opz; 2) List Of Areas And Equipment Of The Facilities - Appendix No. 1B To The Opz;3) List Of Activities And Frequency Of Works Belonging To The Opz Basic Obligations Of The Contractor - Annex No. 1C To The Opz.
