1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution, In The Design And Build Formula, Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Monument, As Part Of The Task Entitled: Monumn To The Fate Of The Homeland - In Memory Of The Polish Arms. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Completed In Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Stwiorb, Investor/Offer Cost Estimates Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) Along With Obtaining Appropriate Permits/Consents/No Objections; 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On Developed And Approved Technical Documentation. 3. The Scope Of The Above-Mentioned The Project Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting Of, Among Others, On: 1) Preparation Of The Area And Subsoil; 2) Preparation Of Electricity Supply For Lighting And Illumination Needs From The Main Switchboard From The Existing Power Connection; 3) New Plantings: Medium Greenery - An Evergreen Hedge As A Curtain Covering The Market Area; 4) Placing In One Line Six Monolithic Granite Pylons With Dimensions Of 1.0 × 0.9 × 4.0 M Each; 5) Removing Existing Street Lamps And Installing New Ones, Adapted To The Form And Scale Of The Monument; 6) Construction Of Concrete Footings For The Foundation Of Pylons; 7) The Area Around The Pylons Should Be Made Of Granite Gravel Fraction 8/16 Placed On Agrotextile On An Aggregate Base. Limit The Gravel With The Edges Of Two Rows Of Granite Cubes Placed On A Cushion Of Concrete Mortar. 4. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Specified Above Must Be Consistent In Particular With: 1) Pfu For The Order Called: Expansion Of The Monument Of The Fate Of The Homeland - In Memory Of The Polish Arms, With The Reservation That The Solutions Presented In The Pfu Should Be Treated As Initial Ones, Which May Be Subject To Corrections, E.G.
