1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Draft Resolution On The Local Spatial Development Plan Entitled: Kościelisko, Skibówka, Krzeptówka. The Area Covered By The Plan Is Approximately 103.40 Ha. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Terms, Within The Scope And Within The Limits Specified By The Resolution Of The Zakopane City Council No. Xix/199/2025 Of September 25, 2025 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For Kościelisko, Skibówka, Krzeptówka, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines.1) Draft Resolutions V Regarding The Plan Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of: A) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, Consolidated Text Of July 29, 2024), B) The Act Of July 7, 2023 Amending The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Certain Other Acts (Journal Of Laws 2023.1688 Of 2023.08.24), C) The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws 2024.1112, I.E. Of 2024.07.25), D) Other Legal Acts Regulating The Issues Of Spatial Planning And Development. 2) Resolution On The Plan, In Accordance With § 3 Section 1 Of The Regulation Of The Prime Minister Of December 27, 2011 On Technical Requirements For Electronic Documents Containing Normative Acts And Other Legal Acts, Official Journals Issued In Electronic Form And Means Of Electronic Communication And It Data Carriers (Journal Of Laws 2023.2622, I.E. Of 2023/12/04), Will Be Prepared In The Xml Format, Taking Into Account The Specificity Of The Program. The Plan Will Be Prepared In Gml Format.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) A Draft Plan Containing A Text Part And A Graphic Part, Along With Justification, Taking Into Account The Communes Spatial Policy Specified In The Communes Development Strategy Or Supra-Local Development Strategy, Including Obligatory And Optional (Depending On Needs) Elements Indicated In Art. 15 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development. The Project Must Be Carried Out In The Scope And Form Described In Art. 16 Above Act.2) The Following Activities Related To The Procedure: A) Preparation Of A List Of Applications Submitted After The Announcement And Notification Of Commencement Of Preparation Of The Plan, Together With A Proposal For Their Consideration By The Mayor Of Zakopane And Justification; B) Preparation Of A Draft Resolution Of The Zakopane City Council Regarding The Plan; C) Preparation Of A List Of Planning Materials; D) Preparation Of An Ecophysiographic Study; E) Preparing A Forecast Of The Financial Consequences Of Adopting A Local Plan; F) Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Plans Provisions; G) Participating In Activities Related To The Preparation Of The Plan, Including In Particular: • Preparing Drafts Of All Letters And Doc
