The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With The Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, Along With Obtaining, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, All Administrative Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Commence And Carry Out Construction Works.
