1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Water Reservoir At The Dojlidy Water Sports Center In Białystok - Stage Ii. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Removal Of Plants (Reeds) From The Reservoir Waters On The Surface Subject To Desilting; 2) Desilting Of The Reservoir Shore Zone; 3) Filling In Depressions And Washouts In The Reservoir Slope, Aiming To Restore Its Original Condition; 4) Stabilizing The Slope By Strengthening The Foot Of The Slope With A Palisade; 5) Cleaning Works In The Areas Located Directly In The Strip Adjacent To The Shore; 6) Works Repair And Cleaning On The Banks Of The Reservoir - Repair Of Lawns, Path Surfaces.4. The Scope Of The Order Excludes Works Included In The Design Documentation In Stage Ii, Which Are Currently Being Carried Out By Another Contractor. Works Excluded From The Scope Of The Proceedings In Question Are Marked In Blue In The Amended Site Plan. The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Design Documentation Already Takes Into Account The Revised Scope Of Works.5. Description Of Additional Technical And Organizational Conditions: 1) The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Vicinity Of Another Contractors Construction Site, Where The First Stage Of The Tank Renovation Is Being Carried Out. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Contractor Of The First Stage Of Renovation In Terms Of Sharing Access Roads;2) Due To The Employers Planned Replenishment Of The Water Shortage In The Reservoir During The Period Of Works, The Water Level May Be Up To Approx. 40 Cm Higher Than The Level Found During The Mandatory On-Site Visit.6. The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 24-Month Warranty For The Completed Construction Works, Under Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Repairs And Replacement Of Damaged Or Worn Elements, As Well As Warranty Service Including Technical Inspections And Maintenance Throughout The Entire Warranty Period.7.
