1. The Subject Of The Order Is Execution Of Emergency Power Supply For The Building Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshals Office At Ul. Augustyńskiego 1 In Gdańsk. 2. The Subject Of The Order Specified In Section 1 Includes, Among Others: A) Construction Works For The Generator, I.E. Construction Of A Foundation For The Power Generator; B) Construction Of A Decorative Pergola; C) Delivery And Installation Of The Power Generator; D) Construction Of A 0.4 Kv Lv Cable Line For The Backup Power Supply Of The Office Building. E) Construction Of A Concrete Block Band Around The Designed Generatorf) Construction Of Electrical Installation For Emergency Power Supply,G) Finishing Works (Including Sidewalk, Sowing Grass After Excavations).3. The Works Will Be Performed In Consultation With The Ordering Party. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Active Facility. The Possibility Of Collision-Free Operation Of Offices During Construction Works Should Be Taken Into Account And Ensured. The Work Carried Out Cannot Have Any Negative Impact On The Work Of People Working In The Facility Or On Petitioners. Noisy Works In The Building Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Employer (Weekends, Afternoons, Evenings, Nights). The Contractor Is Responsible For Maintaining Order And Cleanliness.4. The Contractor Must Provide For Protection Of The Construction Site And Its Surroundings Against Dirt And Destruction. Carry Out The Work In Accordance With The Regulations On Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, Protection Of Public And Private Property, Occupational Health And Safety, Comply With Legal Regulations, Provide Appropriate Materials And Standards Related To The Execution Of The Order, Ensure Quality Control Of The Works And Documentation Needed For The Acceptance Of The Works.5. The Contractor May Not Use Errors Or Omissions Contained In The Indicated Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Drawings, And Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Detection. Changes Are Permitted As Agreed With The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Provided Solutions And In The Event Of Any Discrepancies, He Will Not Claim Any Rights To Additional Remuneration.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Valuation And Offer The Inventory And Additional Costs That May Occur When Working In Old Facilities. 8. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Annexes No. 1.1 - 1.2 To The Swz And In The Draft Contract /Annex No. 2 To The Swz/. 9. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document Which Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.10.
