The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Kołaki Kościelne Commune, As Well As Equipment And Operation Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok, Located At Kościelna Street In Kołaki Kościelne. The Order Is To Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Re-Use And Recovery By Other Methods Of Certain Fractions Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill In Accordance With: I.
