The Task In Question Is Commissioned As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026 In The Scope Of Construction Of Storage Facilities At The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service For The Needs Of Population Protection And Fire Protection.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate (Appendix No. 1 Of The Swz) And Design Documentation (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, Electrical Works Will Be Performed, Consisting Of: • External Works (Power Supply For The New Building, Telecommunication Connection, Installation Of External Lighting, Electrical Measurements) • Internal Works (Equalization Installation, Cable Routes, Installation Of Basic Lighting Fixtures, Installation Of An Electrical Switchgear, Installation Of Power Supply For 230/400V Sockets And Devices, Electrical Measurements. 3. Requirements The Ordering Party Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor.1) The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). This Requirement Applies To People Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Execution Of Works, I.E. Manual Workers, Drivers Of Means Of Transport, Operators Of Machines And Devices. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In Each Subcontracting Agreement Appropriate Provisions Obliging Subcontractors To Employ Under An Employment Contract All Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities. 3) Within 14 Days From The Conclusion Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Declaration That The Persons Performing The Activities Specified In Point 1 Are Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended.
