The Scope Of The Renovation Includes The Dismantling Of Roof Panels, The Disassembly Of The Roof Covering And Structure Along With The Ceiling On A Reed Mat, The Dismantling Of Elements Surrounding The Building, The Cutting Of The Floor, And The Lowering Of The Walls In Order To Make A Reinforced Concrete Wreath. The Scope Of Work Includes The Construction Of A New Roof Structure With Covering, Flashings, Gutter And Downpipe, Replacement Of Window Frames And Garage Door. The Scope Also Includes General Renovation Of The Interior - Construction Of An Insulated Suspended Ceiling, Installation Of New Sockets And Lamps, As Well As Filling And Painting. The External Scope Includes Insulation Of The Above-Ground Walls And Foundation Walls (Also Crystal Injection). The Finishing Works Include Making A Decorative Stone Band And A Hardened Driveway To The Building Made Of Paving Stones.
