In Addition, The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Following Additional Benefits: 1) Dismantling Of The Existing Siltec P500e 500Kva/400Kw Unit Installed (At The Implementation Site), Along With The Equipment; 2) Adaptation Of The Ordering Partys Technical Infrastructure To The Extent Necessary For Installation And Connection (For The Purposes Of Implementing The Contract - By Electrical And Technical Infrastructure, The Parties Understand The Installations Necessary To Connect The Generator, In Particular: Electrical Installation And Other Elements Enabling Proper And Safe Operation Of The Device);3) Installation And Connection Of The Delivered Devices To The Electrical And Technical Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party;4) Carrying Out Tests And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Installed Devices;5) Training Designated Persons From The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Devices (Min.: 5 People) Along With The Development And Delivery Of Training Materials (In Paper And Electronic Form) And The Provision Of Video Coverage Of The Training6) Granting A Warranty For The Purchased Devices And Providing Warranty Services (Including: Technical Inspections) During The Warranty Period Of 60 Months With A Limit Of 1,000 Hours, In Accordance With §8 Of The Contract;7) Preparation And Submission Of Documentation (Including Copyrights), I.E.: Industry Project Electrical Installation Of The Delivered Emergency Power Supply System - Generator, And Technical And Operational Documentation Along With The Manufacturers Detailed Requirements Regarding Inspections, Maintenance Of The Generator And Operational Requirements;8) Transfer Of The License Or Copyright To The Software And Documentation To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With §2A Of The Contract - If Applicable;6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Guarantee The Execution And Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Contract By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications.
