Lotnictwa 1, Jelenia Góra - Plot No. 33 - Plot Id: 026101_1.0036.33 The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By: Biuro Projektowo-Badacze Vanellus Sp. Z O.O., Ul. Stanisławowska 67/1, 54-611 Wrocław. The Documentation Consists Of Two (2) Studies: 1) Modernization Of Some Basement Rooms, 2) Comprehensive Solution For Protection Against Radon As Part Of The Waterproofing Of The Floor And Basement Walls In Primary School No. 5 In Jelenia Góra. The Documentation Should Be Considered Together. Only Carrying Out The Full Scope Of Work Included In Both Documents Using Certified Materials Guarantees Tightness Against Radon Penetrating From The Ground. 2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Ground Floor Rooms Of Buildings A And B, Along With External Insulation Of Building A Of Primary School No. 5 In Jelenia Góra.3. The Main Goal Of The Task Is To Improve The Condition Of The Building, In Particular To Remove Damage Caused By The Flood In September 20244. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Protection Of The Building Area, Consisting Of Fencing, Marking And Preparation Of Construction Facilities, 2) External And Internal Waterproofing Of Vertical Walls, Also Including Moisture And Water Protection Along With Protection Against Radon Penetration. 3) Removal Of External And Internal Plasters, Cleaning Of Joints And Surfaces, Preparation Of Surfaces, 4) Execution Of Plasters Renovation Works,5) Dismantling Floors, Repairing Floors, Making New Floors, Leveling Surfaces,6) Replacing Rainwater Pipes With Settling Tanks,7) Disassembling And Reassembling The Entrance Step,8) Replacing The Lightning Protection System,9) Painting Walls And Ceilings,10) Replacing Windows, Window Sills, Dismantling Windows From Glass Windows,11) Sealing Passages Installation Through External Walls, 12) Removal And Removal Of Rubble, Soil And Construction Waste.
