Tenders Are Invited For Thermal Modernization Of The Rainbow Kindergarten Building In Dzierzgoń - Stage 2

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Thermal Modernization Of The Tęczowy Przedszkole Building In Dzierzgoń - According To The Parameters Specified In The Attached Design Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities. The Order Is Implemented With Financial Support Under The Project Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings Of Educational Institutions In The Dzierzgoń Commune - Primary School In Dzierzgoń (Ul. Zawadzkiego 38A) And Tęczowe Przedszkole In Dzierzgoń As Part Of The Priority Program Replacement Of Heat Sources And Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Of Schools. Program Implementing Investment B1.1.3. Replacing Heat Sources And Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Schools Component B Green Energy And Reducing Energy Intensity Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. Thermal Modernization Of The Building In Question Should Be Carried Out To The Extent Necessary To Achieve The Assumed Technical And Operational Parameters, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations For This Type Of Facilities. Part 1 - Construction Of Internal Ventilation Installations2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8.4. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Technologies Used And The Construction And Assembly Works Performed As Well As For The Built-In Products And Materials. Regardless Of The Rights Arising From The Quality Guarantee Granted, The Ordering Party May Exercise The Rights Under The Warranty For Defects. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Statutory Period Stipulated In Art. 568 Section 1 Cc.5. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Note: 1) Due To The Fact That The Construction Works Will Be Performed In The Building Of An Active Educational Institution, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors To Take Into Account The Following Organizational And Logistic Requirements: A) All Works Under This Task, Carried Out Between: From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. Outside The Teaching Rooms, Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Is As Least Burdensome As Possible For Ongoing Teaching Activities Carried Out At That Time. B) Assembly Work Inside The Teaching Rooms And Particularly Noisy Work (In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Exceeding The Permissible Noise Level For Educational Institutions, I.E. From 30 To 35 Db) - Should Be Carried Out Outside The Above-Mentioned Teaching Hours Teaching.2) The Tasks Performed Under This Order Include Only Those Elements Indicated In The Attached Bills Of Quantities. Therefore, The Ventilation System Planned For Implementation Covers Only Two Teaching Rooms On The First Floor Of The Building (No. 2.5 And 2.8). 3) With Respect To The Design Solutions Adopted For The Above-Mentioned Ventilation
