The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roof Covering Together With The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System And The Performance Of Works Related To The Renovation Of Chimneys On The Building Of The Branch Of The Community Help Center In Ostrołęka, Ul. Starosty Kosa 12A, With A Total Roof Area Of Approximately 300 M². The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Dismantling Of The Lightning Protection System, 2) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Roof Covering, 3) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Remaining Layers On The Roof Structure,4) Disassembly Of Sheet Metal Flashings,5) Construction Of Chimneys And Installation Of Exhaust Cowls,6) Construction Of New Ventilation Vents,7) Insulating The Roof With 20 Cm Thick Polystyrene,8) Covering The Roof With Two-Layer Thermally Weldable Felt,9) Making New Sheet Metal Flashings Of Chimneys, Parapets And Gutter Strip,10) Installation Lightning Protection System,11) Carrying Out Tests Of The Lightning Protection System,12) Carrying Out Tests Of The Chimney Draft.
