Part 1 - Area 1 - Carrying Out Construction And Maintenance Works On Properties Managed By Zbm In Suwałki Tbs Sp. Z O. O. 1. The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To Swz.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out By The Contractor Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Contract, Which Is Part Of Swz.3. List Of Properties Owned By The Suwałki Commune, The State Treasury, Zbm W Suwałki Tbs Sp. Z O. O. And Housing Communities Contains Annex No. 2 To The Contract, Which Is A Component Of Swz.4. Renovation Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With Construction Practice And Technology Included In The Polish Standards For Residential And Public Utility Construction, With The Contractor Providing Appropriate Equipment And Materials Necessary To Perform The Entrusted Works.5. Orders Regarding The Need To Perform Renovation Works On Facilities Within The Scope Of Construction Works Will Be Submitted To The Contractor In Writing Or By Phone By Employees Of The Zbm Operations Department.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Contact The Employees Of The Zbm Operations Department On A Daily Basis From: From 700 To 900 For Written Confirmation Of The Ordered Works.7. In The Event Of Situations That Threaten The Safety Of People Or The Structure Of The Building, Orders Will Be Accepted By The Contractor By Phone. The Contractor Will Immediately Take The Necessary Actions To Remove The Existing Threat.8. The Ordering Party Specifies The Warranty Period For The Completed Construction Works: Minimum 12 Months And Maximum 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.
