Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions For The Zamość Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions In The Zamość Commune, In Accordance With The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Special Regulations, Together With An Analysis Of The Functions And Features Of Development And Land Development In The Scope Of The Conditions Referred To In The Above-Mentioned Act And In The Applicable Regulations.2. In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Required To Develop: A) Approximately 500 Draft Decisions On The Determination Of Development Conditions (Article 60(4) Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development) Along With An Analysis Of The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Development Resulting From Separate Regulations And The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented (Article 53(3) Of The Act On Planning And Development Spatial Development) And The Necessary Analyzes And Results Of These Analyzes Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On Meeting The Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589) Along With Graphic Annexes To The Draft Decision, Analysis And Analysis Results. B) In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated Above, The Ordering Party Also Requires The Development Of: Draft Decisions Amending Previously Issued Decisions, Draft Decisions On Refusal Determining Development Conditions, If, After The Analysis Referred To Above, It Is Found That It Is Impossible To Determine Development Conditions. Correcting The Draft Decision And Bringing It Into Compliance With The Law, In The Event That The Mayors Decision Is Repealed By An Appeal Body Or Court. C) In The Event Of Defective Preparation Of The Draft Decision, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Correct The Draft Decision Without Additional Costs Within 5 Days.3. The Ordering Party Expects To Complete: Approx. 500 Draft Decisions On Development Conditions, Together With An Analysis Of The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Development, Resulting From Separate Regulations And The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented, And Draft Decisions On Changing The Decision With An Execution Deadline Of 30 Days From Signing The Contract.
