Work Detail

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Valuations Determining The Market Value Of Real Estate, Listed And Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Price Form).2) The Order Concerns The Valuation Service Of Real Estate Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship.3) The Real Estate Valuation Service Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions In The Field Of Real Estate Valuation, With Particular Emphasis On The Provisions Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Real Estate Management, Council Regulation Of Ministers Of September 21, 2004 On The Valuation Of Real Estate And The Preparation Of Reports And The General National Principles Of Valuation Developed By The Polish Federation Of Associations Of Property Appraisers.4) During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Business Activities Covering The Subject Of The Order.5) Within The Maximum Remuneration Of The Contractor Indicated In § 5 Section 1 Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Introducing Changes To The Detailed Assortment (Properties/Valuation Types) Indicated In Annex No. 2 (Price Form) In Terms Of Quantity And Other Characteristics Of The Assortment. A Change In The Quantity And Other Features Of The Assortment Should Also Be Understood As Replacing The Properties Indicated For Valuation With Others Or Extending The Assortment With A New Property Belonging To The Same Group Of Services As The Services Covered By Annex No. 2. The Ordering Party Will Then Ask The Contractor About The Possibility Of Carrying Out The Valuation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Response On The Possibility Of Completing The Order Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Inquiry And, If It Is Possible To Complete It, To Present A Cost Calculation Within The Above Deadline. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor Within 7 Business Days Whether It Accepts The Valuation, And The Lack Of A Response Within The Specified Period Should Be Considered As A Lack Of Consent To The Proposed Valuation. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase The Products Covered By The Cost Calculation.6) The Ordering Party Reserves That Part Of The Order May Not Be Completed. Pursuant To The Requirement Of Art. 433 Points 4 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Service May Be Provided For A Minimum Of 20% Of The Scope Of The Order Specified In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, And The Contractors Total Remuneration Will Be Proportionally Reduced In Relation To That Indicated In § 5 Section 1 Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Compensation Or Other Property Claims In This Respect.7) Other Information Regarding The Conditions, Scope And Method Of Performing The Contract And Incurring Costs Are Specified In Detail In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Th
