Tenders Are Invited For Service Of Conducting Stationary Courses Increasing Professional Qualifications/Competencies Of Students Of Vocational Schools And Technical Schools In The Wrocław Commune - Divided Into 9 Tasks

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Organizing And Conducting The Tourist Resident Course Along With An Internal Examination (Hereinafter Referred To As The Course) For 10 Students Of Technical Secondary School No. 16 In The School Complex No. 3 In Wrocław, Studying In The Tourism Industry, Participating In The Closer To The Labor Market Project. Support For The Development Of Vocational Education In Wrocław. 2. The Course (And The Exam) Will Be Conducted In A Stationary Form In Wrocław For 18 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Minutes). The Classes Will Be Conducted In One Group. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, At Its Own Expense And On Its Own, Training Rooms/Rooms, Equipped With The Necessary Equipment Enabling The Acquisition Of Knowledge And Skills, Whereby: 1) Room Teaching Area For The Theoretical Part Of The Course (If Required By The Course Program) Must Be Located In The City Of Wrocław And Be Equipped With: A) Seats For All Course Participants (Tables And Chairs), Appropriate Lighting, Heated/Air-Conditioned Room B) Computers For All Training Participants With The Necessary Software (If Required By The Course Program), C) Multimedia Projector, Screen, Computer For Displaying Presentations (If Required By The Course Program), D) Internet Access (If Required By The Course Program), E) Flipchart, Flipchart Paper, Set Of Markers Or A Dry-Erase Board With A Set Of Pens (If Required By The Course Program); 2) The Contractor Will Also Provide Appropriate Premises, Workshops, Technical And Equipment Base For Conducting Practical Classes - Rooms And Equipment For Conducting Practical Classes Must Meet Occupational Health And Safety Requirements And Must Be Adapted To The Number Of Participants, 3) The Place Of Implementation Of The Course Will Be Free Of Architectural Obstacles And Marked In A Way That Does Not Impede Access For People With Disabilities, 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Place Of Implementation Of The Course To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 10 Days From The Planned Start Date Of The Course, And The Contractor May Change It During The Performance Of The Service Place Of Course Implementation, But No Later Than 4 Days Before The Course Implementation Date And After Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval.4. The Course Will Be Conducted During The School Year On Weekdays And/Or Saturdays, So As Not To Interfere With School Classes.5. The Service Implementation Schedule Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party (After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor), No Later Than 21 Days Before The Planned Start Date Course.6. The Basic Obligations Of The Contractor - In Order To Properly Prepare And Conduct The Course - Will Include In Particular: 1) Submitting A Detailed Course Program For Approval To The Ordering Party In Electronic Form To The E-Mail Address Provided In The Contract Within 7 Days From The Planned Start Date Of The Course, General Course Topics: • Skills And Competenc
