1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Food Products To The Organizational Units Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 7 Parts: Part 1: Bean, Ground And Instant Coffee. Information About The Parts Of The Order Can Be Found In Chapter Xviii Of The Swz.3. A Detailed Description And Quantities Of The Ordered Items Are Specified In The Material And Price Forms Attached To This Tor. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4.1 To Swz.5. When Preparing An Offer, The Contractor Must, In Order To Demonstrate That The Offered Article Is Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Material And Price Forms In Part 1, Enter: The Name Of The Offered Subject Of The Order Or The Brand Or Manufacturer Of The Article, Distributor. The Data Should Enable The Ordering Party To Identify The Offered Article.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 7. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.8. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Execution Of The Contract With A Value Of Not Less Than 70% Of The Value Of The Basic Order. The Quantities Of Individual Food Items Are Estimated Values And The Ordering Party Has The Right Not To Fulfill Them In Full, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect.9. The Contractors Final Remuneration Will Depend On The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Delivered And Collected During The Contract Period And Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Unit Prices Determined On The Basis Of The Offer Submitted By The Contractor.10. Within The Gross Price Specified In The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Purchase A Particular Range Of Food Products Depending On Its Own Needs, Including In Larger Or Smaller Quantities Specified In The Item And Price Form.
