The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: - Carrying Out An Urban Inventory And Assessment Of The Existing State Of Development; - Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents Required By Law Related To The Preparation Of A Draft General Plan (Draft Announcements, Draft Announcements, Notices); - Publication Of Announcements Regarding The Procedure In The Local Press. Preparation Of A General Plan (Including The Costs Of Their Publication); - Analysis Of Applications Submitted By Natural And Legal Persons And Submitted By Authorities And Institutions, Including Preparation Of A List Of Applications, Preparation Of Proposals For Their Consideration Along With Justification, As Well As Possible Development Of A List Of Responses To The Authorities And Institutions Specified By Law And Other Institutions And Units Informed About The Commencement Of Preparation Of The General Plan; - Preparation Of A Draft General Plan Together With Justification And Forecast Of The Impact On The Environment; - Participation In Meetings Of The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission; - Participation In Meetings And Conferences In The Event Of Circumstances Justifying The Provision Of Explanations Or Reporting The Need For Such Explanations, In Particular When Agreeing And Giving Opinions On The Draft General Plan With The Bodies Indicated In The Law; - Participation In Consultations Social Issues Regarding The Draft General Plan In Accordance With Art. 8I Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development With Residents And Providing Relevant Information And Explanations, Including Meetings With Residents In Individual Structural Units; - Preparing An Analysis Of Comments Submitted To The Draft General Plan Along With A Proposal For Their Resolution And Possible Corrections To The Draft General Plan; - Preparing A Report Summarizing The Course Of Social Consultations; - Presenting The Draft General Plan To The Standing Committees Of The Council Of The City Of Racibórz And Participation In The Session Of The City Council Of Racibórz, During Which The General Plan Will Be Adopted, If Necessary; - Informing The Ordering Party About The Degree Of Advancement Of The Works And The Proposed Solutions. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Evaluate, Correct And Accept The Proposed Solutions During The Execution Of The Contract.
